As an introduction to electronics, both snap circuits and little Bits are superior to breadboards and traditional spring-connector electronics. Some people may find electronics and working with breadboards a bit challenging. Spring connector kits are easier to use than breadboards, but if you build a complex circuit with a spring connector kit, you end up with a rat’s nest of wires that are difficult to troubleshoot.

 

It is much easier to build and troubleshoot a circuit with a snap circuit. If you run a project and nothing happens, you can compare the circuit you built with the one in the manual at a glance and easily find where you wired it wrong.
